Scandizzle ("the Service") is an AI-powered notification platform. Users create monitoring notifications by describing topics they want to track. The Service uses artificial intelligence to periodically search for relevant information and delivers SMS text message alerts to phone numbers provided by the user.

What you'll receive: Automated SMS alerts when our AI monitoring finds information relevant to your notification topics.
Message frequency: Varies. You choose how often each notification checks for updates: every hour, every 3 hours, twice a day, or once a day. Messages are only sent when relevant information is found.
Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-in: You opt in to SMS messaging by creating a notification and entering your phone number on the Scandizzle platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to monitor topics that violate applicable laws. You are responsible for the phone numbers you enter and must have consent from the owner of any phone number you add to a notification.
Notification results are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or timely. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Do not rely on Scandizzle alerts for time-critical decisions without independent verification.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Your phone numbers and personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Scandizzle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, inaccurate AI results, or SMS delivery failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
